Since February of this year Cyrus has been training with Pilates guru Mari Winsor five to six days a week to tone the young actresses body, improve her posture, and of course, sculpt great abs. Cyrus’ favorite moves always involve Pilates equipment but she also loves the hundred, double leg stretch, and criss-cross, which can all be done with just a mat, and she also goes for long walks/runs with her dogs very often.
Miley’s trainer, Mari Winsor, explains the young star’s fitness routine, which includes working out six times a week and focusing on waist, glutes, buttocks and thighs.
Pilates works to strengthen the “powerhouse”—your abs—with every movement.
Mari recommends these pilates moves: “the 100,” “double leg stretch” and “criss-cross” for ab toning.
